I specialize in helping high achieving and anxious mothers understand themselves in a way that makes room for grace, learning new skills, and improved quality of life. We will break down your behaviors and your thoughts to find patterns, gain empathy for yourself, and learn what change can do for your life. The tools offered in therapy will increase your ability to be present in your life, decrease the intensity of your emotions, and change how you show up in relationships. Through weekly sessions, we will begin the challenging and rewarding work toward healing while always honoring the belief that you are doing your best and you want to do better. During sessions you can expect to review the topics you bring to discuss, psychoeducation, practicing skills together, tackling executive functioning tasks, and homework to practice each week.

Notice the encouraging shifts in your life that come from understanding yourself, living within your values, and having a large tool box of skills ready for when life hits you hard.
