I offer a practical, supportive coaching program that helps you build real life coping skills - without the time and exploration expected in therapy.

What it is

A personalized, 14 week program that teaches practical tools to handle everyday challenges. You will particiate in an assessment for skills deficits, learn and practice strategies in session, and complete weekly homework.

Mindfulness for women in Maryland

What it is not

This is not therapy, counseling, or a medical service. There is no diagnosis, no processing of your past or current experiences, and no clinical exploration - just real strategies to help you function and feel better day to day.
