Let’s Be Real
Hey! I’m Kelsey, and I believe therapy is a space for real connection, healing, and growth. The therapeutic relationship we form will be a critical piece of your success, and I know first hand the importance of a great fit.
Gone are the days of a “blank slate” therapist. I promise to show up professionally and authentically in our work. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so please allow me to share a bit about myself to help you decide if we might be a good match.
Tell me a little about yourself…
I am a wife, a mother, and an eldest daughter. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me snuggling my French Bulldog, running local trails, playing board games with my family, or meeting up with friends for pizza.
I value curiosity, compassion, and a good laugh - all of which show up in my work. I know what it’s like to be the one who keeps it all going - even when things feel anything but manageable. That’s why I offer therapy that meets you where you are, without judgment or pressure. You’re human, and I believe in creating a space where it’s finally okay to stop pretending you’re fine.
This or That?
Podcast or Audiobook? I take the long way home for a good audiobook.
City Stroll or Nature Hike? During this phase of my life, a quiet walk through a national park sounds like medicine for my soul.
Takeout or Cooking? I am good at a lot of things. Cooking isn’t one of them. Takeout please!
Comfy Clothes or Dressed Up? I love a good excuse to dress up, but day to day comfy always wins. In session you will likely see in me a sweatshirt at some point.
Organized or Go with the Flow? Organized-ish. I am doing my best - and I could do better.

I’m probably somewhere in my rotation of Schitt’s Creek, New Girl, Parks and Rec or Brooklyn 99. I also watch the Steelers play every Sunday and enjoy learning from documentaries.

I would love to be a wedding dress consultant! Pretty dresses, helping women feel amazing, navigating family dynamics. Sounds like a great time to me!
